As we work towards a new normal, we have updated our hours of operation to better serve our members. Our Niagara Falls and North Tonawanda drive thrus are open Monday to Friday 9AM to 4:30PM. ATM and drop-box are available 24/7.
You can open new accounts and apply for loans by appointment. Call NT 716-695-1829 and NF 716-297-5944 and ask for a loan officer. You can also contact a loan officer at Loans@GreaterNiagaraFCU.com for more information about our auto loans, personal loans, VISA credit card and our low interest Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC).
We understand that no one likes to wait in line but staying in your car and doing your banking through the drive thru is the safest option for you and our staff.
Did you know that:
• To find a Fee FREE ATM near you for cash withdrawals, visit our website (GreaterNiagaraFCU.com) and click on FIND AN ATM in the upper right corner (24/7)
• If you do not know your debit card PIN, call 1-800-757-9848 to reset your PIN
• At both branches, next to the ATM is a night drop drop. You can put your transaction in an envelope, place it in the secure drop box and your transaction will be completed the next business day
• Using the NEW ATM at the NF branch you can make deposits without an envelope, do a balance inquiry, transfer funds between your accounts and withdraw cash (24/7) The NT ATM can be used for cash withdrawals and balance inquiries (24/7).
