The first time you login to home banking after the conversion, you will need to follow these steps. Note that when you are resetting your password, your username must be in ALL CAPS

Access and set up your account from a desktop computer before accessing the Mobile App. First –Delete GNFCU’s bookmark in your web browser.

Follow these directions to sign in. DELETE GNFCU bookmarks in your internet browser!

At login screen, select FORGOT PASSWORD

Enter current GNFCU USERNAME (all CAPS) and Submit.

Check your inbox for instructions to change your password.

Log In using your new password.

Select security image and security questions/answers.


After establishing secure access on a desktop PC, you can download the new app to your mobile device and register your device following the onscreen instructions.
